Opportunities for Adult Religious Exploration & Faith Development
Like our lives, opportunities for spiritual exploration and faith development at FPM are seasonal and emerge organically throughout our time together as we collectively identify areas of interest and where Wisdom is guiding us. The formats and themes have varied over time and have included opportunities such as Silent Prayer and Meditation, Earth-Centered Spirituality gatherings (CUUPS), Yoga, Vespers, Interplay, and Getting to Know First Parish, an Orientation. Past and current offerings are posted in our Weekly Link newsletter, so subscribe to stay up to date!

Aging Together Group

The middle of our lives is marked with big transitions like retirement, our kids leaving home, and our parents starting to need help in their lives. Maybe these transitions make you feel uncertain or confused, or maybe they are a chance to reimagine your purpose in life. Why not both! This group offers a welcoming space to reflect on what’s changing, share stories, and build a supportive community. We have two active Aging Together groups, contact redirector@fpmilton.org for more information.
In the spirit of shared ministry, if a member has an idea for an affinity group, workshop or study group they can contact the Minister or Director of Lifespan Religious Education to discuss possibilities.
